Terms of service

By using Classify you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. 1. ACCOUNT You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for actions taken under your account. Don't share credentials. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. 2. ACCEPTABLE USE Don't use Classify to harass, threaten, or distribute illegal content. Don't try to break the service or access other users' data without permission. Don't upload malware. We will suspend accounts that violate these rules. 3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP You own the messages, notes, and files you upload. You grant Classify a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and transmit that content for the sole purpose of operating the service. 4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY The service is provided "as is" with no uptime guarantee. We can change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. 5. TERMINATION You may delete your account at any time via account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we do, we will give you the data we hold about you, where feasible. 6. LIABILITY To the maximum extent allowed by law, Classify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us (in the free tier, that is zero). 7. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes go to the courts competent for the registered seat of [operator entity - TBD]. 8. CHANGES We post material changes here at least 7 days before they take effect.
